Water testing

We are approved by The University of Hatfield's Biodeterioration Laboratory to take water samples for analysis and report by them. We are sampling for Legionella, Total Viable Count (Bacteria), Total Coliforms, E.coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa as well as other water born diseases such as Weiles Disease from Rats and Pidgeons.

Samples are taken, refridgerated and delivered by courier to the Laboratory within 24hours. A certificate is issued by the UKAS approved Laboratory detailing the results of the samples. A plan can be put in place to rectify any high or poor sample results.

This service applies not just to Water Features and Fountains but also to private swimming pools, spas and cold water storage tanks found in many of todays multistory residential developments.

• We will attend site on the day and time stated in writing. If we fail to do this, then we will deduct 5% from your net invoice for that visit.
• If your pool or water feature goes green at any time we are maintaining it we will refund 50% of the cost of all chemicals used in maintaining the water quality the previous month.
• There are NO hidden costs - there will be NO extras charges without prior consent from you.
• We will treat your property with due respect leaving it clean and tidy.
• our work is GUARANTEED for 2 years. If a part fails due to a fault with it or poor workmanship, we will replace it at no cost to you (subject to us maintaining the equipment).
