About us - in brief

With 45 years experiance of maintaining pools and water features we are well placed to provide you with the best advice and service in the UK today. All our maintenance staff have worked for us for at least 20 years as of March 2020. Three have been maintaining water features and pools for us for over 25 years. Watermetrics was conceived when it became apparant that there was a gap in the market for a company to maintain fountains and water features. Companies installing water features and fountains were not willing to maintain them, this lead to many new fountains being turned off and filled in as general maintenance or swimming pool companies were maintaining the water quality but not the pools or equipment. We filled that gap and in the last 25 years have moved from strength to strength establishing the largest company in the UK specialising in the maintenance of fountains and water features. We include or have included in our client profile most local and county councils south of the M42, most of the large property management companies based in the London and Metropolitan areas as well as many private clients in their own homes and gardens.

Our 5 Point Guarantee

• We will attend site on the day and time stated in writing. If we fail to do this, then we will deduct 5% from your net invoice for that visit.
• If your pool or water feature goes green at any time we are maintaining it we will refund 50% of the cost of all chemicals used in maintaining the water quality the previous month.
• There are NO hidden costs - there will be NO extras charges without prior consent from you.
• We will treat your property with due respect leaving it clean and tidy.
• our work is GUARANTEED for 2 years. If a part fails due to a fault with it or poor workmanship, we will replace it at no cost to you (subject to us maintaining the equipment).
